二 | 　　针对国产植物蛋白产业未来发展方向，刘兆辉提出，产业核心升级路径在于从基础原料向功能化、定制化高端原料转型。他表示，我国拥有得天独厚的非转基因大豆资源优势，东北黑土地孕育的优质大豆、富硒大豆是国产蛋白产业的核心战略资源，产业发展不能局限于粗加工和基础原料输出，必须深度挖掘国产大豆的独特功能价值。展望行业未来，刘兆辉表示，中国拥有优质大豆、奶源等核心资源，以及成熟的加工产业体系和创新基础。
